We want to thank you all for choosing our resources in the past, and know that many of you trust us to deliver what you need to cover a curriculum. The new 2024 curriculum will be no different. We promise to fully and closely cover this curriculum and support teachers to deliver it as we have done for over 25 years.
We were disappointed not to be included in the free government funding, because we believe we are better suited to New Zealand schools than any of the other resources, including overseas, multi-national imported resources.
We provide everything you need:
- A mapping guide that is your lesson plan in that it tells you exactly which pages in our existing book to use to cover the objective, which pages to use in our supplementary material and where to go online (as a click through from the mapping) for other supporting material and teacher notes.
- Clear teaching and worked examples.

- Colourful pages that students love to use.
- A track history of excellent student achievement.
- One of our books won ‘best primary resource in all subject areas’ as chosen by teachers and another was runner up for best primary resources in all subject areas as chosen by the judges.
- Free online teacher support and extra material that is succinct, useful and easy to use.
You will have to pay for our resource because the ministry, as you will be aware has chosen four overseas suppliers for your free material. Purchasing our books will be worth it for you, as these teacher comments express:

If you already have our books (over 50% of NZ schools have bought them) then for each book you will only need to purchase one supplementary material book and you can be confident that your teaching programme will fully meet the new curriculum.
We have priced each supplementary book at only $25+GST. So, if you already have a ‘class set’ of say 20 'Connecting All Strands' books, it will cost your budget only $500+GST for 20 supplementary books – and then you have the new maths curriculum completely covered, using the resource you know and depend on.
Extra copies of our existing books are available at a very competitive price of only $40+GST.
Other publications might be free (to a limit) but check that they are really what you need to help you teach this new curriculum in an easy, well structured, proven way that meets the needs of your students and importantly, is written FOR New Zealand.
